My article is about how Johnny Manziel texted the coach of the browns and said, Hey, hurry up and draft me! He actually said "I wish you guys would come get me. Hurry up and draft me because I want to be there. I want to wreck this league together." The coaches admired his desire to play and drafted him. I think its really cool and almost funny how Johnny just seems to take control of every situation he's in. He obviously wants to be in the NFL and it cool that he put it out there and they picked it up. I really like him and he better stick around for a while.

My article is about how after being drafted 22nd in the draft, he went to the local bar and bought $2000 of alcohol for the students. All the students were of legal age. Drake even showed up to the party. In the grand total, he bought 122 shots and 122 beers. I think is awesome that he did that. I think he's really entertaining to watch and just how he carries himself. I hope he sticks around in the NFL for a long time.

My article is about Johnny Manziel at the 2014 draft. Everyone expected him to be a top 5 pick and everyone kept passing on him. There were then doubts he would even be a first round pick. He was eventually chosen at 22, still first round. I think its hilarious because he seriously drank 50 water bottles and his reaction is hilarious. He had a little freak out moment and i enjoyed it.

My article is about how an 11 year old girl was raped and murdered by a 14 year old boy. The girl was found unresponsive on the couch and called the police. In the autopsy showed she was sexually assaulted and suffocated. The 14 year old is the lead suspect. I think its crazy that that happened to a 5th grade. She was so young and had her whole life ahead of her. Something is clearly wrong with the 14 year old boy, maybe that parents, maybe mental.

I think that its cool to do a senior prank but they took it to far with the property damage. My article is about how a University of Alabama swimmer was killed earlier this week when a tornado struck his off campus home but before his tragic end he saved his girlfriend. A wall had fallen on her, he moved the wall off of her and another separate wall collapsed on him. He was a 3 time hour student and swimmer. He was only 21. I think he will always be remembered as a hero and may he rest in peace.

My article is about how a girl took pictures with a dead shark and it is now getting people aware that they should not touch "dead" sharks. They say that because even though it may appear dead, it may still be alive and could still harm you. I think the idea of touching anything dead is just gross and she was seriously hugging and riding it. That's disgusting. I could imaging taking a picture of it but never holding it. Ew. I think its good that more people now know not to touch dead animals on the beach. It might save some lives.

Avril Lavigne made a music video for her new song, Hello Kitty, and many people believe its racist because she used all Asian background dancers. She also wore and awful pink skirt with cupcakes all over it. I don't think the music video is racist, its just poorly made with a song that should have never been released. The song is the first problem because its not very good. Second, its just an awful video. She should go back to her punk roots instead of trying to pull off the candy outfits and electronic voices like Katy Perry and Kesha. She's best when shes sing with attitude and sass.

My article is about how a sorority president wrote a letter to her sisters telling them basically that they suck. She's very serious but it comes off more humorous then anything. She's angry because they have not been doing a good job at night time events with Sigma Nu and she wants them to be better.  When the email got released she resigned but she got many new job offers. Funny or die even made a video of Michael Shannon doing a dramatic reading of it. I think the letter is hilarious. I like it a lot because she swears a lot and it opened up my vocabulary to phrases I've never heard of. Its hard to take it seriously because if you read it, i don't think i could ever get that mad about sorority things. Watch the video, Michael Shannon reads it perfectly and its just to funny.

My article is about how many people speculate that Tupac Shakurs death was faked and he will return in 2014. They believe he will return on his 40th birthday following in the footsteps of one of his idols Niccolo Machiavelli. Niccolo Machiavelli faked his death at the age of 25 and returned 18 years later when he turned 40 to fool his enemies. Tupac admired Niccolo's writing and even took the stage name of Machiavelli. The article goes on to prove some discrepancies in the fact that support Tupac is dead. I think this article is out of control! I can't believe it! It all seems so legit and supported. They point out multiple errors and things that prove he is alive. I am not saying I believe he is alive but I'm not saying I think Tupac is dead. I know every time a superstar dies there's always theories that they are alive (such as Elvis) but I hope this one proves true because it would be the greatest hoax in entertainment history (not to mention that Tupac would be back in action.) Its just hard for me not to buy into it when there are more facts supporting the he is alive and not dead. The day after he died over 1,000 people in Haiti called 911 reporting that they saw Tupac. A music video that came out months before his death takes place on September 14th 1996 in Las Vegas, the day after his death that would be consistent with his location! I can't believe people rearranged the title if his album to read a confession that he is alive! Its just too crazy! Just read the article and it will shock you on how much support people have for the theory that Tupac is alive.

My article is about how the 20 year anniversary of Kurt Cobains death (suicide) is coming up and its been getting a lot of heat because many believe that Cobain was murdered. They mention the many conspiracy theories like Courtney Love did it or her private investigator. They are developing 35 previously unseen photos. They show his heroin kit, drivers license, the green house and his suicide note. They suspect Courtney because she asked that the photos be destroyed so they could not be released. I think that its weird that Courtney wanted the pictures to be destroyed but in the days before Cobains death, he checked out of rehab and went MIA. Courtney hired a private investigator to find him and then he was dead. I don't believe that Courtney killed him. I think that after he checked out of rehab, he went to his Seattle home and had a relapse, decided he couldn't deal anymore and killed himself. Courtney hired the private investigator to find her missing husband and she wanted the photos destroyed because they have a daughter, why would she want her to see the photos, why would she want anyone to see such horrific and personal photos. I really think that people are being somewhat accusing and critical of her because they never really looked at it from her perspective. I think its a waste to reopen the case because the corner confirmed it was a self inflicted gunshot wound to the head and there was a suicide note, what more proof do we really need?

Zombie Plane

My article is about new theories on the missing Malaysian plane. Some are speculating that they had "zombie plane" which is went fumes/gas leak into the aircraft and knock all the passengers unconscious. The plane would then continue on autopilot until it runs out of fuel. Some others are saying that "zombie plane" is unlikely because of how it changed directions and altitudes. I think its a probable cause. It could had been why the plane changed directions, because the pilot was dazed and confused. I don't think it was a terrorist attack at all because they haven't done anything with the plane, there have been no threats and all the passengers records are clean and have no affiliations with terrorist parties. It amazes me how the government can track all of our phone calls, monitor our location and check everything we have ever searched on the internet but they cannot find a plane. I think it really shows a gap in the security of traveler planes. I understand having satellites in the middle of the ocean seems ridiculous but if a plane that had no intention of disappearing can, then what stops terrorist from doing the same thing. I also understand that there were a few Americans on the plane but I really think we should let other countries handle this because it is so far away from the US. If the search comes over near the US then they should get involved but other than that we should really just leave it to the surrounding countries. I think that the plane is gone and the passengers are not going to be found, even if the plane is found, finding the bodies will be unlikely. It has been 20 days since the plane disappeared, finding the passengers alive is unrealistic. All countries are searching the water, which means they most likely crashed into the ocean and if they survived the initial impact, they could only survive 3-4 days tops. If they landed in a country (terrorism theory) they would mostly likely be killed so either theory their odds of survival is slim to none. Furthermore, I think that its gone and we are just wasting millions and millions of dollars to bring people home that are mostly likely deceased. I think that they should leave it up to private investors to employ crews to search and find the plane at the bottom of the ocean (like titanic.) Because we are wasting a lot of money to find a plane that will be unusable and people that will be not be found.

Haunted Dorm Room

My article is about a WMU student that died in the dorms (Valley 2, Eicher, level 5) on Wednesday. There are no signs of drugs or alcohol. They believe she had a preexisting medical condition. Its sad that she died so young. She was obviously smart and had a lot going for her. Next year I'm attending WMU and I'm staying in Valley 2 and I really hope I don't get the haunted dorm room.

My article is about how Lindsay Lohan made a list of everyone she's ever slept with. She wrote it on a scatagories card while she was with friends. She threw it away and "assumed" that no one would see it. Someone found the list and published half of the 36 names. The names include Zac Efron, James Franco, Justin Timberlake, Joaquin Phoenix, Health Ledger, Evan Peters and Adam Levine.  

I doubt this is a credible list of everyone Lindsay has slept with because I'm assuming she forgot some. With how much she parties and how innumerable her list is, we can only assume her memory is not that sharp and she forgot a few. I don't doubt the people on the list, they all seem pretty reasonable but this was not an accidental leak. Her show on OWN premiered last week and had low ratings so this is just a ploy to get more views. Also they only released half the list and plan to release the other half next week, they are obviously just trying to prolong the attention on Lindsay.

My article is how Miley Cyrus burned Katy Perry on twitter. Katy recently attended Miley's concert in L.A. and during one of her songs they shared a kiss. Katy said, "I just walked up to her like a friendly girl kiss, you know, as girls do," Perry said. "And then she like tried to move her head and go deeper and I pulled away. God knows where that tongue has been!" Miley was not to happy about her comment and had this to say over twitter, "Girl if [you're] worried [about] where tongues have been good thing [your] ex boo is [your] EX BOO [be]cause we ALL know where THAT [tongue has] been." Ouch! That was in reference to Katy's ex-boyfriend John Mayer. They split earlier this month. I think Miley is bad-a and if Katy didn't want things to escalate she shouldn't have gone closer to the stage when Miley came over. We all know Miley's antics and Katy should have figured. I also think its hilarious that Miley really did have the better response because she hit her where it hurts and its true.

Kesha has checked out of rehab after 2 months and says she is better then ever. She recently cancelled her upcoming tour dates to get her health on track. She entered rehab for bulimia and anorexia (also reportedly alcoholism.). She was only scheduled to say in rehab for one month but prolonged her stay. Reports point the finger at her producer/co writer Dr. Luke for saying she looks like a "f***ing refrigerator." I think its awesome shes taking her health into her own hands and getting the help she needs. I love her and her music and i hope she gets it figured out and is happy with what shes doing.

My article is about how the new drug from Russia (Krokodil) is spreading to the US. Its injected and it eats your from the inside out. But most reported cases of Krokodil have not had a positive toxicology report. People are being treated for having Krokodil like symptoms but none proven. Researchers believe that it will most likely not spread to the US because it was created to replace heroin with codeine. In the US codeine requires a prescription but in Russia it does not. In the US heroin is available but in Russia it requires a prescription. I don't really know, Ive heard stories of Krokodil but now it has me questioning them because if there haven't been positive toxicology reports than that means that they are just drug overdoses and not Krokodile. I don't know why anyone, even a junkie, would want to it because it eats your skin away but you know what they say, curiosity killed the cat.

I hate Lebron James

Scary Baby

My article is about how The New Orleans Pelicans used the mascot Baby Cakes in their game on February 17, 2014. It goes with New Orleans because or the King Cake eaten during Marti Gras and whoever has a doll inside has good luck. The reaction to Baby Cakes was not very positive, most people thought it was scary and creepy. I think its weird that they used Baby Cakes as a mascot because there the Pelicans. I think they used it to get publicity and there actually gonna have a real mascot at the next game. That is the only explanation for it.

Real Hero's Were Camo

After leading the USA to victory against Russia, T.J. Oshie (St. Louis Blues forward) was called a hero and his response was, "The real hero's wear camo." After that remark he gained 50,000 new twitter followers. I think he is amazing. Not only is he good at what he does, hes also so humble. I'm tried of hearing athletes think they are the center of the universe and thinking they are equals with god. Its nice to see someone has there head screwed on right. Its also nice to hear people appreciate the troops and all they do for us because I feel they get overlooked and taken for granted.

Marius the Giraffe

This article is about how the Copenhagen Zoo in Denmark shot and killed a giraffe just because it didn't want it to inbreed. That may seem like a good reason but they could have transferred it to another zoo or sold it to private buyers. They took Marius, the giraffe, out into its pen while the zoo had visitors watching. They fed him some bread, his favorite food, then pulled out a gun and shot him in the head. Not only that but then they continued to gut it and then feed it to the zoo's polar bears, tigers and lions. I feel that the zoo is completely wrong and should not have done that.They killed it because of overcrowding and they didn't want it to inbreed. They didn't have to kill him, they could have transferred him to any other zoo. 4 other zoo's offered to take him but they said they could not because those zoo's didn't have the sale values and standards as there zoos.  There were also private buyers that offered to buy him but the zoo said no because its easier for them to just shoot it, then to deal with paperwork. That's not the only thing, they shot it while people were at the zoo which means there were children present. In the pictures of them gutting him, you can clearly see children in the front row. Like are you kidding me?! That is absolutely ridiculous. They should have at minimum took it to a private pen or waited until the zoo closed. Imagine your child scarred by the memory of a slaughtered giraffe. There are rumors that the Copenhagen Zoo is planning on putting down a second giraffe, also named Marius, but they denied these rumors. I think the zoo is probably planning on killing a second giraffe but are holding because of all the backlash they are facing from killing the first giraffe. I think the zoo should be shut down and all the animals transferred to zoo's were the zookeeper actually care about animals because the Copenhagen Zoo is ridiculous. I understand they don't want inbreeding for the sake of future giraffe generations but i do not understand how they can stand the fact that they killed a baby giraffe just out of there pure laziness. The zookeepers that killed Marius are getting death threats and i think that a little excessive, i just think the zoo needs to rethink its value system because all they seem to care about is money. The whole purpose of a zoo is to take care of exotic and endangered animals, not slaughter them in front of everyone just because they are unwilling to actually do there job and save the zoo the money of working out negotiations to take the giraffe to another zoo. This article just upsets me because i can't believe that we are living in a world were people dedicate there lives to saving animals and then for the sake of money, abandon all of there beliefs. It just disappoints me.

Why men's country is better then womens

My article is about Carrie Underwood's thoughts on a list came out of the 30 most influential people in country music and only 3 are women (herself, Miranda Lambert and Taylor Swift.) She says that its because women choose songs with deeper meaning whereas men choose songs about trucks, beer, parties and hangovers. She goes on to say that women cant get away with singing those songs. She ends with saying the country music is just one big party right now and that women will just have to crash it.
I somewhat agree with Carrie but i somewhat don't. Women cant get away with singing those songs but Ive noticed women don't really try. They have meaning in there music which is good sometimes but i don't know about you but I'm always down to listen to some party music. But I personally prefer men's country to women's because its just exponentially better.

My article is about how Selena Gomez went to rehab last month for alcohol, pot and prescription ambien. Her people say it was not for drug abuse but we all know it was. She bailed after 2 weeks or a 6 week program. Selena blames her ex Justin Bieber for her abuse problems. He recently went to jail for a DUI, driving on a suspended license and possession.
 I personally saw it coming because Selena was too perfect. Like I love her but i also cant stand her because she never slips up and shes always america's sweetheart. Her and Justin we cute but she should have left him once she found out he started getting into drugs. Justins a loser and Selena let him bring her down. Its true that we only know Selena because of Justin but she could have left him. But on another note, I respect Selena for getting the help she needs.
